How the 0% Payment Plan1 works

  • 0% interest for up to 12 months
  • Finance any amount from $500 to $3,500 per device
  • Applies only to your out‑of‑pocket cost after insurance has been applied
  • No interest, no additional fees

Payments are divided into equal monthly installments, with a minimum monthly payment of $95. Your first payment is due before shipment, and you can pay off the remaining balance at any time without penalty.

Who is eligible?

You may qualify if you:

  • Have commercial insurance, Medicare,2 or another federally funded health plan3
  • Are a registered Cochlear Family member
  • Have a registered Cochlear Nucleus®, Baha®, or Osia® sound processor
  • Are ordering a new sound processor upgrade or replacement through Cochlear’s reimbursement and insurance services4

Is a credit check required?

No, a credit check is not required to take advantage of this financing.
